Scheduling Appointments
A major credit card and telephone number are required for all Spa services and certain time-intensive Salon services.
Canceling Appointments
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Arrival Time
We request that you check-in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Considerations
Please be considerate of others in the Salon and limit cellphone use.
